The developer and legal entity named in our Google Play store listings is SAMKOVSKYI KOSTIANTYN STANISLAVOVYCH, trading as TiX Studio. This Privacy Policy covers the following TiX Studio applications and related services (collectively, the "Services"):

• Sleep Tracker — sleep tracking, soundscapes, and smart alarm features for Android and iOS.
• Charmings — a family-friendly outdoor geo-game for Android and iOS.
• City Quest (also listed as City Quests) — city trivia and exploration quizzes for Android and iOS.
• Tinkerbook — a children's storybook and coloring app for Android and iOS.
• thetix.org — our studio website, including contact and feedback forms.

If you install or use any TiX Studio app from Google Play, this Privacy Policy applies to that app. App-specific practices are described in Section 3 below.

2. Applicable Privacy Frameworks

We observe privacy principles and obligations under applicable legislation, including where relevant the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection", Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation, "GDPR"), the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles ("APPs"). Where local law provides additional protections, those protections shall apply.

3. Personal and Sensitive Data We Collect

"Personal Information" (or personal data) means information about an identified or reasonably identifiable individual. Depending on which TiX Studio app you use and how you interact with us, we may access, collect, use, or store the following categories of data:

• Contact information — such as your name and email address when you contact us or submit feedback.
• Device information — such as device model, operating system version, app version, language, and general diagnostic logs needed to operate and support the app.
• App activity and usage data — such as in-app preferences, progress, streaks, quiz scores, or feature interactions needed to deliver core functionality.
• Health and fitness data — in Sleep Tracker, sleep session times, sleep quality indicators, and related wellness metrics you choose to log.
• Location data — approximate or precise device location when you grant permission, as described in Section 4.
• Photos and user-generated content — images or journal entries you choose to create within an app (for example, photos in Charmings or drawings in Tinkerbook).
• Support communications — messages and attachments you send when requesting help.

3.1 App-specific practices

• Sleep Tracker: Collects sleep-related data you provide or that the app derives from on-device sensors and your inputs (such as bedtime, wake time, and sleep quality). Data is used to provide sleep tracking, soundscapes, alarms, and product improvements. We do not sell this data.
• Charmings: May collect step counts and location data when you grant permission, to enable outdoor gameplay, neighborhood exploration, and progress tracking. Location is used only for geo-game features you initiate; we do not use location for unrelated advertising.
• City Quest: May collect location data when you grant permission, to suggest nearby city content and location-based trivia. Quiz progress and preferences may be stored on your device and, where you create an account, on our servers.
• Tinkerbook: Designed for children and families. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children beyond what is strictly necessary to operate the app locally on your device. Tinkerbook contains no third-party advertising SDKs and no behavioral tracking. User-created artwork and progress remain on the device unless you explicitly choose to share or back them up.
• thetix.org website: Our feedback form may collect your name, email address, message content, and optional file attachments. This website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which collects anonymised usage metrics (such as page views and referrer) without third-party advertising trackers.

We do not sell Personal Information.

4. Location Data

Some TiX Studio apps — including Charmings and City Quest — may request access to your device location. Location data is collected only after you grant the relevant runtime permission on Android or iOS, and only to provide features you would reasonably expect, such as:

• placing geo-game content near your current position (Charmings);
• showing city-specific quizzes and exploration content relevant to where you are (City Quest);
• improving accuracy of step-based outdoor features where applicable.

We do not collect location in the background unless a specific app feature clearly discloses that behavior and you provide consent where required. You may revoke location permission at any time through your device settings; affected features may then be limited.

5. Why We Collect Personal Information

We collect Personal Information by lawful and fair means for the primary purpose of delivering our apps and website, communicating with users, maintaining product integrity, and improving user experience. Specific purposes include:

• providing core app functionality (geo-gameplay, city quizzes);
• responding to support requests and feedback submitted through our apps or website;
• diagnosing crashes, fixing bugs, and improving performance and reliability;
• complying with legal obligations and enforcing our terms;
• sending service-related communications where you have opted in or where permitted by law.

We may use Personal Information for secondary purposes that are reasonably related to those primary purposes and within reasonable user expectations. We do not use Personal Information for third-party advertising.

6. Legal Bases for Processing

Where GDPR applies, we process Personal Information only where a lawful basis exists, including: (a) performance of a contract; (b) compliance with legal obligations; (c) legitimate interests in operating and improving the Services; and (d) consent, where required.

Where reasonable and practicable, we collect Personal Information directly from you. In some circumstances, we may receive information from third-party service providers that help us operate our apps and website (for example, cloud hosting, crash reporting, customer support tools, or payment processors for paid app features). We require such providers to handle data only on our instructions and in compliance with applicable privacy law.

TiX Studio apps are designed without third-party advertising trackers. We do not permit service providers to sell your Personal Information.

9. Disclosure of Personal Information

Your Personal Information may be disclosed:

• to service providers and processors where necessary for service delivery;
• to third parties where you have consented to such use or disclosure;
• where required, permitted, or authorised by law, court order, or competent authority.

We do not sell Personal Information.

10. Security of Personal Information

Personal Information is stored and protected using reasonable technical and organisational safeguards designed to reduce risks of misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure. Data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted in transit where supported (for example, via HTTPS/TLS). While no method of storage or transmission is absolutely secure, we maintain continuous review and improvement of our controls.

11. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain Personal Information only for as long as required for lawful business purposes, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and enforcement of agreements. Once no longer required, we take reasonable steps to destroy or permanently de-identify Personal Information, subject to mandatory retention requirements under applicable law.

Requesting deletion: You may request deletion of Personal Information associated with your use of TiX Studio apps or this website at any time by emailing aiinject@gmail.com with the subject line "Data deletion request". Please include the app name (for example, Sleep Tracker or Charmings) and, if applicable, the email address tied to your account. We will verify your request and delete data that we are not legally required to retain. If an app allows account creation, you may also initiate deletion from within the app where that option is provided.

12. Access, Correction, and Data Subject Rights

Subject to legal limitations, you may request access to Personal Information held by us and request correction where the data is inaccurate, incomplete, or not up to date. You may also request erasure, restriction, objection, data portability, and withdrawal of consent where applicable.

We may require verification of identity before processing requests in order to protect Personal Information. Administrative charges may apply only where lawful and reasonable for extensive copy requests.

13. Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children in a manner prohibited by law. Where Services are directed to children under 13, we implement age-appropriate privacy safeguards and parental transparency measures. If you believe information from a child has been collected improperly, contact us and we will take prompt remedial action.

It is important that Personal Information be accurate, complete, and current. We take reasonable steps to maintain data quality and encourage you to notify us promptly of any updates or corrections.
